Sarah Cole

Sarah Cole is an Executive Director and senior attorney in the New York office of Morgan Stanley’s Global Technology & Data Legal group.  Sarah is responsible for technology transactions in the Americas as well as many global transactions, with a particular focus on emerging technology such as AI & machine learning.  Sarah is also a key member of Morgan Stanley’s Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning Governance Group providing advice and guidance on legal and regulatory issues associated with AI & machine learning as well as risk management.
