Nick Losurdo

Nick Losurdo is a Partner at Goodwin Procter and leads the firm’s Broker-Dealer, Exchange, and Trading practice, advising broker-dealers, other financial institutions, public companies, startups, and investors on regulatory, policy, transactional, enforcement, and strategic matters. In addition to 12+ years in private law firm practice, Nick previously served at the SEC as Counsel to one of the Commissioners and was in-house at an SEC-regulated options exchange.
