Michelle Jackson

As the global lead for Broadridge’s Client Engagement and Innovation Practice, Michelle is responsible for developing and bringing to market new engagement programs to customers, prospects, and partners. Leveraging her experience leading businesses on Wall Street and Madison Avenue she facilitates executive to executive engagement that drives innovation, transformation, and growth. From wealth and healthcare, to telco and consumer finance, she helps Broadridge clients engage and act on opportunities which benefit both companies and their customers. Prior to joining Broadridge, Michelle held leadership roles at several wealth firms in New York, and at Foote, Cone and Belding (FCB) where she worked with companies such as United Healthcare, Bank of America, Verizon, and Citi Bank.
