Melissa Hegger Shea

Melissa Shea is Vice President and Associate General Counsel with Fidelity Investments in the Litigation and Enforcement Group.  Ms. Shea joined Fidelity in 2003.  Her areas of responsibility include representing Fidelity in customer arbitrations across the country, managing arbitration, litigation and regulatory matters, and providing internal counsel on litigation risk and regulatory issues.

Ms. Shea is a member of the Boston Bar Association and the Securities Industry and Financial Markets Association.  She is a member of the bars of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, the State of New Hampshire and the First Circuit Court of Appeals.  Ms. Shea is a graduate of Boston College Law School and Boston College.
