Jennifer Inker

Jennifer Inker is Senior Vice President and Deputy General Counsel at Fidelity Investments, with responsibility for all labor and employment law matters across Fidelity’s global financial services and venture investment business.

During her 19 years of practice at Fidelity, Ms. Inker has handled the employment aspects of corporate acquisitions and divestitures, domestic and international business start-ups and wind-downs, and corporate reorganizations.  She has significant experience handling internal investigations and regulatory and other governmental investigations and inquiries; executive compensation, non-competition and non-solicitation agreements and enforcement; complex and routine employment litigation and labor relations matters.

Prior to joining Fidelity, Ms. Inker practiced at Goodwin in Boston.  Ms. Inker received an A.B. from Princeton University, an M.Ed. from Harvard University and a J.D. from Boston University.
