Faisal Khan

Faisal Khan is the founder of 1ExtraordinaryLife, LLC, a business that helps organizations optimize their talent through research-based practices and data science. He specializes in leadership, employee engagement, employee well-being, and resilience.

In addition to his substantial leadership experience in corporate finance and technology, Faisal is an expert in applied positive psychology, the science of human flourishing, and its application in organizations. He helps individuals and organizations flourish through consulting, executive coaching, and training.

Faisal holds master’s degrees from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School and School of Engineering and Applied Sciences, and a Master in Applied Positive Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania. He is a professional certified coach, an organization and relationship systems coach, and a certified Dare to Lead facilitator (based on the research of Brené Brown).

Faisal is an assistant instructor in the Master of Applied Positive Psychology program at the University of Pennsylvania, where he works with the founder of positive psychology, Dr. Martin Seligman. He is a guest lecturer and executive coach at the Wharton School and is also a member of the Forbes Coaching Council.

Born in London, Faisal currently resides in the U.S. and has lived and worked across the U.K., Asia, and Guam. He is fluent in English, Urdu, and Hindi.
