Ellen Greene

Ellen Greene is Head of Business Development and Market Structure Strategy at IMC Trading, where she focuses on market structure, regulatory developments, and exchange affairs.

She previously served as Managing Director of Equity and Options Market Structure at SIFMA, leading advocacy on key policy initiatives and industry engagement on the Consolidated Audit Trail (CAT). Earlier in her career, she held senior roles at Nasdaq and the American Stock Exchange, and began her career at Merrill Lynch.

Ellen holds an MBA from NYU Stern and a BA from Colby College.
