Deborah A. Bussière

Deborah A. Bussière is an accomplished global Marketing and Business Development C-level Executive. Equally at home in a corporate, startup or turnaround environment, Deborah ensures companies achieve their revenue targets by implementing high-impact marketing and business development programs.

 

From May to December 2021, Deborah was the Chief Marketing Officer of Grayscale Investments, one of the largest digital currency asset managers in the world.

 

Prior to joining Grayscale, Deborah spent four years as the Global Chief Marketing Officer for Broadridge Financial Solutions (NYSE: BR), a global Fintech leader and part of the S&P 500® Index, where she was responsible for driving revenue, reputation and relationships. Deborah previously served in a consulting capacity as Chief Marketing Officer for several notable startups including Grayscale Investments. From 2003-2013, Deborah worked for EY and served as their Chief Marketing Officer from 2011-2013 where she directed strategy, vision and execution for all marketing functions across the Americas. Prior to joining EY, Deborah was a Co-Founder and Director of Marketing and Sales for UBS‘s start-up Alternative Investments Group, where she built the Business Development and Marketing functions from the ground up and contributed to a period of significant growth in AUM in four years. Previously, she spent nine years at Morgan Stanley in a variety of senior management, sales and marketing leadership roles within the Asset Management division.

Deborah earned a B.S. in Business/Marketing from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business, which included a semester at the National University of Singapore. She also completed one year towards her M.B.A. in Finance at New York University’s Stern School of Business and has completed Executive Leadership courses at Columbia University.

 

Deborah is a member of the WSJ CMO Network, Ellevate Network, CMO Council Advisory Board, and Global Good Fund Selection Committee.
