Dave Weinstein

Dave Weinstein is the Chief Information Security Officer at Gro Intelligence, Inc. He is also a Visiting Fellow at George Mason University’s National Security Institute and an Advisor at Squadra Ventures.  His previous affiliations include McKinsey and Company, Claroty, and the State of New Jersey, where he served as the Chief Technology Officer and a member of the Governor’s Cabinet.  Dave began his career as a computer network operations planner at U.S. Cyber Command and holds degrees from Johns Hopkins University and Georgetown University’s School of Foreign Service. His analysis and commentary have been published in numerous sources, including but not limited to: the Wall Street Journal, USA Today, Bloomberg, Foreign Affairs, Foreign Policy, and the Boston Globe.
