Dani Croucher

Dani has worked as a Design Thinking leader in an industry and consulting capacity; for IBM Consulting, Close Brothers merchant bank and now with Elixirr in San Francisco. She is an expert in understanding and articulating the customer journey and their needs. At Close Brothers she was the head of Customer Experience, and led the adoption of design thinking to solve challenges across the organization.
