Brad Messinger

Northeast Region Leader Willis Towers Watson

Brad Messinger is a Managing Director and Head of WTW’s Northeast Region.  In this role, Brad has responsibility for WTW’s business in Metro New York, Greater Philadelphia, and New England across all business segments, including growing revenue, representing WTW in the business community, and ensuring the engagement of 4,000 colleagues.  Additionally, Brad sits on WTW’s Global Innovation and Acceleration Council that evaluates early-stage concepts for investment and commercialization.

Brad previously held several geography and business leadership positions, including Mid-Atlantic Region Leader and Global Change Management and Business Transformation Business Leader.  Before joining WTW, Brad was the Chief Operating Officer of a start-up financial services outsourcing firm.  Brad ultimately led the firm’s acquisition by a Private Equity firm and merger with several other mid-sized outsourcing firms. After leading the company through the mergers, he stayed on as Senior Vice President and Capital Markets Division Leader of the new combined company, where he managed a global workforce before joining WTW.

Brad received his Bachelor’s degree from the University of Florida and his Master’s degree in industrial-organizational psychology from New York University.  He is a frequent university guest lecturer and conference speaker on behavioral economics, future of work and the workplace, change management, Inclusion and Diversity and modernization of the human capital and risk management industries.  Brad serves on the Board of Directors for both The Chamber of Commerce of Greater Philadelphia and City Year Philadelphia.
