William H. Freilich is the Chief Legal Officer of J.P. Morgan Securities LLC (“JPMS”). Prior to being named Chief Legal Officer for JPMS, Bill was the senior lawyer responsible for the prime brokerage and clearance businesses of J.P. Morgan. Bill is a member of the SIFMA general counsel’s committee. Bill received his J.D. degree from NYU School of Law in 1982.
