William Cardon

Mr. Cardon is the Assistant Vice President, Federal Government Affairs at SIFMA. He is responsible for leading SIFMA’s Tax Compliance Committee and federal government relations.

Mr. Cardon joined SIFMA from Black Diamond Strategies where he was responsible for developing and executing public affairs campaigns on behalf of a variety of clients. He also served as Director at Mack Strategies where he worked directly with fmr. Congressman Connie Mack IV on federal and state advocacy efforts.

Mr. Cardon earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Kenyon College.
