Thomas Giacalone

Tom Giacalone currently leads Broadridge’s Business Processing Outsourcing business, providing critical operations and capital markets solutions services to some of the world’s largest financial services organizations.

Tom joined Broadridge in March 2022 as Head of Wealth Transformation. In this role he was part of the leadership team bringing a new, modern, and modular set of capabilities for the wealth management industry from design into the active market.

Prior to joining Broadridge, Tom was most recently a Program Director, Global Wealth Management Americas at UBS. In his role, he oversaw the multi-year transformational initiative to deliver a leadingedge Financial Advisor workstation, an integrated wealth management platform, a modern tech integration infrastructure, and a scalable back-office industry utility.

Previously at UBS, Tom held senior roles in operations including Head of Operations for Wealth Management in the Americas, Head of Investment Bank Operations for the Americas, Global Head of Equity Operations for the Investment Bank, and Head of Operations for UBS Americas across all divisions.

Over the course of his career, Tom has also served as a co-Vice Chairman of the SIFMA Operations and Technology Committee, as well as other key financial services Industry committees.

He holds his Series 7 and 27 industry registrations and has an MBA in Finance from Saint Peter’s College and a BA from SUNY at Cortland. Tom lives in New Jersey with his wife and teenage children. Away from work, he spends most of his time at his children’s Lacrosse games and other events.
