Tais O’Dwyer

Tais O’Dwyer is the Global Director Financial Services Strategy & Solutions for Google Cloud. In her role, she is responsible for developing Google Cloud’s strategy for the financial services industry, including the oversight of industry-specific solutions, compliance with global regulations, and the integration of the trust and security tools and processes for customers.

Prior to joining Google Cloud, Tais served as Chief Operating Officer of Technology & Operations at CIT Group. She oversaw business planning, strategy, investment management, risk management, procurement and resiliency for the organization. Before that, she worked in wealth management at Morgan Stanley and in capital markets at Bank of America. Tais graduated from Lehigh University’s Industrial Engineering program.  She has affiliations with industry organizations, such as the Women’s Bond Club, and she also lends her time with the Google initiative #iamremarkable. Tais resides in Short Hills, NJ with her husband and three young children.
