Sanjiv Nathwani

Sanjiv has over 30 years of senior executive and management experience across investment banking, mortgage banking and high-technology. He works closely with Board of Directors and senior executive teams to develop and implement enterpriselevel innovation, transformation and cost efficiency strategies; identifying and launching new business areas and ventures.

Prior to CTC Sanjiv was a Sr. Partner at Deloitte where he led the Operations Transformation practice for Banking & Capital Markets and co-founded the global Center for Process Bionics.

Previously, he was a Managing Director at Goldman Sachs in Operations where he led the Division’s “Industrialization” transformation as well as the Business Architecture, Technology Strategy, Design Services and Project Portfolio Management functions globally.

In other roles, Sanjiv has led Technology transformation at Freddie Mac, IPO strategy for Clayton Holdings and has a track record of launching successful new technology-driven ventures. Sanjiv received his MBA from the Kellogg School of Management.
