Penny Pennington is a principal with Edward Jones, and leads the Client Strategies Group, which is responsible for the products, services and solutions delivered to clients. Edward Jones, a FORTUNE 500 firm, provides financial services for nearly 7 million investors through the firm’s 14,000-plus financial advisors in the United States and, through its affiliate, in Canada.
A native of Nashville, TN, Pennington attended the University of Virginia, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in commerce with a concentration in finance. She holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation, is a graduate of Wharton’s Securities Industry Institute, and earned her MBA from Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
Pennington is an active member of the community and serves as a board member for several philanthropic organizations such as the Shakespeare Festival St. Louis, Donald Danforth Plant Science Center, Saint Louis Fashion Fund, Whitaker Foundation and United Way.
