Mike Di Stephan

Mike Di Stephan is an Executive Director and senior counsel in Morgan Stanley’s Technology & Data Legal group.  He is responsible for all technology transactions in the Americas, with a particular focus on cloud and technology-related outsourcing transactions.  He is also a key member of Morgan Stanley’s Cloud Governance Committee, providing advice and guidance on, among other things, the intersection of cloud, risk management and regulations.  Mike has 20 years of experience handling and advising on all aspects of technology, data and outsourcing transactions, from both the customer and vendor side.
