Kiki L. Taylor is Executive Director and Assistant General Counsel in the Legal Department at JPMorgan Chase & Co. She is a member of the firm’s Government Investigations and Regulatory Enforcement group, which represents JPMorgan before government agencies, regulators, and SROs in connection with government and internal investigations, inquiries, and regulatory enforcement actions. Before joining JPMorgan, Ms. Taylor was an associate at Norton Rose Fulbright US LLP and Fulbright & Jaworski LLP where she represented corporations and broker-dealers in financial disputes, securities arbitrations, government investigations, and other regulatory matters. She also served as a judicial extern for Chief Judge Anna Blackburne-Rigsby on the District of Columbia Court of Appeals. Ms. Taylor received her B.A. in International Studies from Middlebury College, where she was a Bill and Melinda Gates Millennium Scholar, and a J.D. from American University Washington College of Law, where she served as Note & Comment Editor for the Journal of Gender, Social Policy & the Law. Ms. Taylor was a Future Leaders panelist and involved in the Planning Committee’s efforts for the 2019 SIFMA C&L Annual Seminar.
