Ki Hong

Ki P. Hong is the practice leader of the Political Law Group at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher and Flom LLP.  He advises corporations on the campaign finance, lobbying, gift, pay-to-play and conflict-of-interest laws they face when engaging in government affairs or government procurement activity.

Mr. Hong is well-regarded for his experience with state and federal pay-to-play laws as well as election, lobbying and government ethics laws. He represents clients before agencies such as the Federal Election Commission, the U.S. House and Senate Ethics Committees and the Office of Government Ethics. He works frequently with various state ethics commissions around the country.

Mr. Hong is ranked in Band 1 for political law in Chambers USA. He earned his J.D., cum laude, in 1992 from Harvard Law School, and his B.A., cum laude, in 1989 from Cornell University.  He is admitted to the bars of the District of Columbia and New York.
