Kevin V. Sullivan is a Managing Director and Tax Executive at Bank of America where he overseas Tax Controversy in the Global Tax Policy group. In this capacity, he manages a team of tax advisors responsible for supporting the enterprise on all tax controversy matters. In addition to these responsibilities, Kevin serves as the Global Tax Policy COO where he supports the day to day operations of the group. Additionally, Kevin serves on the CFO Employee Engagement and Inclusion Council; where he leads employee engagement and diversity and inclusion efforts. Prior to this role, Kevin led the Global Information Reporting Advisory team responsible for advising the enterprise on all matters related to global information reporting, including FATCA and CRS. Prior to Bank of America, Kevin’s background includes leadership positions in global 100 companies, big 4 consultancy, and top tier law firms. He previously served on the IRS Information Reporting Program Advisory Committee (IRPAC) where he advised the IRS and Treasury on information reporting and withholding matters. He received his BS from American University in Washington, DC and JD from St. Thomas University School of Law in Miami, Fl.
