Kevin V. Sullivan is a Managing Director and Tax Executive at Bank of America where he overseas Tax Controversy and Information Reporting Advisory in the Global Tax Policy group. In overseeing tax controversy, he manages a team of tax advisors responsible for supporting the enterprise on all tax controversy matters, including representation in front of taxing authorities.  In leading the Information Reporting Advisory team, he leads a team responsible for advising the enterprise on all matters related to global information reporting, including FATCA and CRS. Prior to Bank of America, Kevin’s background includes leadership positions in global 100 companies, big 4 consultancy, and top tier law firms. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for a not-for profit organization providing oversight in financial matters, legal issues, and governance. He previously served on the IRS Information Reporting Program Advisory Committee (IRPAC) where he advised the IRS and Treasury on information reporting and withholding matters. He received his BS from American University in Washington, DC and JD from St. Thomas University School of Law in Miami, Fl.
