Katheryn Rosen

Managing Director, Global Head, Regional Information Security and Supervisory Engagement, JPMorgan Chase & Co.

Katheryn is the Head of JPMorgan’s Regional Information Security in the 60-plus countries where JPMC operates, reporting to the Chief Information Security Officer. Katheryn co-heads Global Technology’s Governance, Risk and Controls and manages regulatory engagement, public policy and advocacy in addition to client engagement.

Externally, Katheryn chairs the Securities Industry and Financial Markets Association’s (SIFMA’s) Cybersecurity Committee, and is on the Management Committee of the Financial Services Sector Coordinating Council (FSSCC). She also serves on the Board of the Cyber Risk Institute and supports JPMC’s CIO, Lori Beer, on the CISA Cybersecurity Advisory Committee.

Katheryn has been in financial services for over 30 years, in the public and private sectors and academia. While in government, she served at the U.S. Department of the Treasury as Deputy Assistant Secretary for Financial Institutions Policy and Senior Advisor to the Assistant Secretary of Financial Institutions. Among her key strategic priorities for the Department, she was responsible for the Office of Cybersecurity and Critical Infrastructure Protection. While in academia at Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs (SIPA), she led the creation of SIPA’s Cyber Risk to Financial Stability Project.
