Karen Sukin

Karen Sukin is Executive Vice President and Deputy General Counsel of Primerica.  She joined Primerica in 2011 and serves as the Office of General Counsel’s EVP of Technology, Securities, and Public Affairs.  Her responsibilities include general counsel to the brokerage and advisory businesses, head of corporate contracts, and head of government relations.  Ms. Sukin earned her B.A. in applied mathematics and economics from Brown University and her J.D. from Harvard University. Prior to joining Primerica, her broad legal experience included both private practice at the law firm of Alston & Bird and in-house practice at Qualcomm, Inc. Ms. Sukin serves on the boards of directors of the Harvard Law School Women’s Association of Atlanta and the Georgia Chamber of Commerce.
