Chief Compliance Officer – Institutional Clients Group Independent Compliance Risk Management (ICRM) Citi

Jennifer Taylor is Chief Compliance Officer for the Institutional Clients Group. She is based in London, UK, and reports to Mary McNiff, Chief Compliance Officer. In this role, Jennifer is responsible for leading a global team tasked with effectively designing, implementing and managing the compliance risk management framework across Citi’s broad ICG businesses. She will also provide franchise support to ICG Senior Management and will support strategic initiatives and emerging issues including the ICG Regulatory Inventory Mapping program. Prior to joining Citi, Jennifer was at Bank of America where she was the Head of Compliance & Operational Risk for UK and CEEMEA. Previously, she held a number of key management roles including Chief Operating Officer for EMEA, Chief Operating Officer for APAC and Chief Administrative Officer for APAC. Jennifer also served as General Counsel for various teams across the APAC region. Jennifer brings a wealth of experience in strategic compliance risk management
and effective regulatory interaction. She has deep product knowledge across the institutional space and a proven track record in driving and embedding a compliance culture across a global franchise. Jennifer holds a LL.B in Law from Trinity College, Dublin. She trained as a Lawyer at Freshfields and is a qualified Solicitor.
