Jane Morril is the Chief Operating Officer and Head of Enterprise Compliance for Morgan Stanley’s Global Compliance Department. Prior to joining Morgan Stanley in 2016, Jane was an associate in Davis Polk’s Litigation Department. Jane received a B.A. from Stanford University and her J.D. from Harvard Law School, cum laude.
