Diana Miller

Diana Miller is Managing Director and Head of the Institutional Clients Group Regulatory Investigations and Enforcement team for North America at Citi. Working at Citi since 2014, Diana handles a broad range of regulatory and internal investigations, sweeps, enforcement proceedings, and other related inquiries conducted by federal and state regulatory authorities, criminal law enforcement authorities, and self-regulatory agencies. Prior to joining Citi, Diana was an attorney at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton. Diana received a law degree from the University of Michigan Law School and a B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania.
