Daniel T. McIsaac

Daniel T. McIsaac is a director in KPMG’s Advisory Practice with extensive experience in the financial services industry, specializing in securities broker dealers, investment banking and FCMs and is a member of the firm’s Financial Service’s Center of Excellence focusing on the Title VII and Volcker aspects of the Dodd Frank Acts.  Prior to joining KPMG, Dan had over 30 years of industry experience.  He spent over 14 years at UBS Securities LLC as the Financial and Operations Principal. Prior to UBS, Dan spent 5 years as the Manager of Regulatory Reporting at Dean Witter, 3 years as Director of Capital Markets Internal Audit at Drexel Burnham and 8 years at another Big 8 accounting firm.  Immediately prior to joining KPMG Dan was an independent consultant providing regulatory advice and guidance. Dan is a Past Chairman of the SIFMA Capital Committee and a Past President of the SIFMA Financial Management Society and has served on numerous industry committees.  Dan is a frequent speaker at industry conferences.  Dan is a CPA and holds a Series 27 license (Financial and Operational Principle).
