Christopher Dillon is a Managing Director with EY’s Financial Crime Compliance practice, specializing in independent assessments for broker dealers, asset managers, investment advisors, and banks. He has twenty years of financial services experience, including nine years at one of the top ten largest consumer banks in the US. Christopher specializes in transaction monitoring and suspicious activity identification, SAR filing, the evaluation of the compliance risks associated with new banking products, and identifying and responding to regulatory and industry trends. He also has extensive expertise in Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Compliance, Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) requirements, money laundering typologies, Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD), Customer Due Diligence (CDD), Know-Your-Customer (KYC), AML training, and team/project management. Chris has assisted broker dealers, asset managers, and investment advisors in a variety of financial crime compliance initiatives, including independent testing of compliance controls.
