Brandon Gerena recently joined IBM iX as a Partner who embodies the role of “Experience Architect” and leads the Adobe partnership for Financial Services across the Americas. He brings over 20 years of collaborating with marketing, business and technology executives to re-imagine bank experiences, enable organizational change and activate marketing technologies. Today Brandon applies his experience to lead engagements that are experience-led and data-infused—bringing together visual designers, architects, marketing strategists, data scientists, developers and organizational change agents—to unlock trapped value to increase growth and realize the full potential of global financial brands.
