Brad Messinger is a Managing Director and Head of Willis Towers Watson’s Mid Atlantic Region. Brad oversees the company’s operations in the region and has responsibility for client and colleague growth and engagement for all business segments. Prior to relocating to Philadelphia in 2015, Brad held several formal practice leadership roles, including Talent and Rewards Leader in New England and Global Change Management & Business Transformation Leader. He is also a frequent speaker on the future of work, inclusion and diversity, leader and manager effectiveness, behavioral economics, neuropsychology and business transformation.
Before joining Willis Towers Watson, Brad was the Chief Operating Officer of a start-up financial services outsourcing firm. He also spent time in a number of front and back-office roles, including Director of Human Resources and SVP of Business Development. Brad ultimately led the firm’s acquisition by a prestigious Private Equity firm and merger with several other mid-sized outsourcing firms. After leading the company through the mergers, he stayed on as Senior Vice President and Capital Markets Division Leader of the new combined company, where he managed a global workforce before joining the management consulting industry.
Brad received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Florida and his master’s degree in industrial-organizational psychology from New York University.
