AnnMarie Davis

Ms. Davis is responsible for leading the Employment Law Group.  Her team is comprised of four employment attorneys and three supporting team members.  ELG is geographically dispersed and engages with business leaders across the company. This consultation includes issues that may arise at the time of hire, throughout the business relationship and, if relevant, when that relationship needs to come to an end.  Her team also manages the employee related policies and procedures for the company.  ELG endeavors to help the company predict, resolve and eliminate employment related issues.

Prior to joining Raymond James, Ms. Davis was in private practice with Holland & Knight, LLP in the employment law practice group. She spent the first four years of her career in the U.S. Navy JAGC. Ms. Davis earned her J.D. from Florida State University College of Law and her BS in Multinational Business from Florida State. She currently lives in Tampa, FL with her husband and daughter.
