Managing Director, Global Head of Enterprise Change & Resiliency Office Bank of New York Mellon

Amy is the Global Head of the Enterprise Change & Resiliency Office (ECRO) for BNY Mellon, a first-line enterprise-wide office, which leads the Firm’s change management and resiliency functions. Under the Enterprise Resiliency function, she is responsible for the Firm’s resiliency, ensuring the continuity of BNY Mellon’s operations in delivery to our clients and markets globally. Her areas of oversight include resiliency strategy, regulatory efforts, and traditional operational resiliency functions including incident and crisis management, business continuity planning and disaster recovery testing. Under the newly created Enterprise Change function, Amy owns and implements BNY Mellon’s major program and change initiatives, providing central oversight and governance across Firm-wide programs, as well as driving the delivery of strategic enterprise-wide activities.

Amy joined BNY Mellon in 2018 with over 20 years of experience in financial services. Previously, she served in PwC’s Financial Services Risk & Regulatory Advisory Practice, helping a wide variety of financial institutions with risk and regulatory compliance efforts and key strategic financial and operational initiatives. Prior to PwC, Amy was a Financial Institutions Analyst at FitchRatings, responsible for assessing risks across loan and investment portfolios, liquidity and capital adequacy, earnings power, franchise value, stress testing and regulatory
compliance.

An active participant in several industry forums, Amy also serves on the Fairfield University Athletic Advisory Board. Amy is a graduate of Fairfield University and holds a Master’s degree from Lorenzo de’Medici Institute in Florence, Italy.
