John Mackin is a Director of AI Product Management and Digital Strategy at Charles Schwab. He has 18 years of experience in the Wealth Management, Retail Brokerage, and High-tech industries. At Schwab, John and his team are responsible for designing and developing digital solutions that use generative AI technologies. He also leads UX research, UX design, enablement, and product strategy for Schwab’s Digital Rep Platform.
