Robert Day

Assistant United States Attorney , United States Attorney’s Office, Eastern District of Virginia

Robert is an Assistant United States Attorney (AUSA) in the Eastern District of Virginia (EDVA). His duties include serving as EDVA’s SAR AUSA and working as a line white collar prosecutor. Robert leads three SAR Review Teams across EDVA comprised of dozens of federal, state, and local law enforcement officers. Before joining government, Robert worked at large law firms in Washington, DC and Richmond, Virginia. Robert attended Washington and Lee University and University of Virginia Law School.
