Anthony, a Partner at Sia, currently leads the North American Financial Services Practice which provides strategy, advisory, and delivery services across the financial services ecosystem. The Practice successfully drives business transformation through growth & innovative strategies, operational excellence, and digital transformation while maintaining strong regulatory compliance, financial risk, and expense management disciplines. Anthony has over 25 years of experience across capital markets and management consulting with deep expertise in finance, operations, risk, and technology functions. His core competencies span Business & Technology Transformation, Strategic Program Management, Organizational Design and Optimization, Regulatory Strategy & Oversight, Performance Improvement & Cost Reduction, Operational Risk & Control, and System Renovation / Integration.

Prior to Sia, Anthony was a senior Technical Delivery Manager responsible for internal applications within the Client Service and Marketing Technology division at Bridgewater Associates. Prior to Bridgewater, Anthony spent 12 years at Morgan Stanley in a variety of leadership roles across Finance and Operations. Anthony started his career at Vanguard and holds a BIS from Villanova University
