Candice Aaron

Candice T. Aaron is the Chief Compliance Officer of the Charles Schwab Corporation, leading the firm’s Compliance Risk Management team within Corporate Risk Management. In her prior Schwab roles, Candice led several firmwide and business-specific Compliance programs and served as Chief Compliance Officer of the firm’s banks and trust companies. She also designed and implemented Schwab’s enterprise-wide compliance risk management framework and program.

Candice brought twenty years compliance and legal experience with her to Schwab from GE Capital, BMO Financial Group and private practice, where she specialized in corporate governance and litigation in various regulatory frameworks, and advised companies, boards and executives in high-stakes representations.

Candice holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from the University of Michigan and a Juris Doctor from the University of Pennsylvania. Candice has been a member of the board of directors of the Livestrong Foundation since 2012 and its Chairman since 2015.
