Jackie A. Wells

Jackie Wells is a Counsel at McGuireWoods LLP where she counsels broker-dealers, investment advisers, and other financial institutions in connection with enforcement matters and securities regulatory compliance. Prior to joining McGuireWoods, Jackie was a Director in FINRA’s Enforcement Department where she handled sales practice and market regulation matters involving, among other issues, supervision, suitability, best execution, market access, and anti-money laundering programs.
