Tracy Bordignon has thirteen years of experience consulting to corporate and law firm clients with a focus on leveraging technology to develop and improve eDiscovery, information governance and privacy practices.
Tracy has worked with high profile clients involved in a wide array of industries, including healthcare, pharmaceutical, media broadcasting, gaming, petroleum, food, finance, manufacturing and technology. She consults clients regarding information governance and data privacy issues including holistic privacy assessments, data remediation, legal hold implementation and management, merger integration, Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) compliance, Data Subject Access Requests (DSAR) workflows and AdTech compliance assessments. Tracy has also successfully managed dozens of domestic and international eDiscovery reviews for high profile mergers, litigations and internal investigations. Tracy has assisted with deposition/interview preparation and identifying key documents within large data sets using analytics.
Tracy holds a J.D. from Southwestern Law School and is a member in good standing with the Florida Bar. She has Certified Information Privacy Manager (CIPM) and Artificial Intelligence Governance Professional (AIGP) credentials from the International Association of Privacy Professionals.
