Robert Houck is the Head of Americas Litigation & Dispute Resolution. With over 25 years of experience in handling government investigations, Robert represents and advises clients in cross-border investigations and complex commercial litigation, including class actions. Robert has extensive experience representing companies, underwriters, corporate officers, and outside directors in class actions brought under the Commodity Exchange Act, U.S. and state antitrust laws, the Securities Act of 1933, the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, and the Investment Company Act of 1940.

In addition to civil litigation, Robert has represented both corporations and individuals in regulatory investigations before the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC), the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ), the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE), and numerous state attorneys general.

Robert received his BA from Cornell University (summa cum laude) and his JD from Columbia School of Law. He has been admitted as an Attorney-at-Law in the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York since 1999 and in New York.
