Nicholas Lin is Associate General Counsel, Litigation at Robinhood Markets, Inc. where he oversees all litigation and regulatory enforcement actions. Before Robinhood, Nicholas was at Morgan Stanley as a litigation attorney for the Wealth Management business. Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, Nicholas was an associate at the law firm of Latham & Watkins LLP. At Latham, Nicholas was a litigator whose practice focused on White Collar Defense and Investigations. Nicholas began his career clerking for the Honorable Jerome Farris in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. Nicholas received his J.D. from Harvard Law School and a B.A. and B.S. from U.C. Berkeley.
