Andrew Shaffer

Andrew is an Executive Director and Counsel in the Legal and Compliance Division of Morgan Stanley covering various fixed income products, including: commercial real estate lending, commercial mortgage-backed securitization, municipal securities trading, municipal and tax-exempt lending, and public finance.

Andrew is an active member of the ABA, the NYCBA, the SFA, NABL, the LSTA, SIFMA, CREFC, ISDA, and various committees and ad hoc groups thereof.
