Erin Manahan

Erin Manahan is a Director within NYSE Regulation’s Corporate Actions Group. Her team is responsible for processing corporate action events for NYSE, NYSE American, and NYSE Arca issuers. Erin has been at the NYSE since 2010 and previously worked in the initial, continued and ETP teams within NYSE Regulation. Erin has a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Finance from Fordham University.
