Jason Fantry

Jason Fantry started at Broadridge in 2007 as a Relationship Administrator for Broadridge’s Sharelink proxy service team, and he remained in that role until 2010 when he was promoted to the position of Relationship Manager upon Broadridge’s acquisition of StockTrans. Jason was able to use his previous client service experience, as a District Manager at ADP, to successfully lead our newly inherited and future Transfer Agency clients through the rigorous onboarding and day to day tasks. As his experience grew, he began taking on more complex clients such as Kellogg Company as well as managing Broadridge’s own internal TA relationship.

In 2018 Jason transitioned to the Corporate Actions Team to focus on mandatory and voluntary events such as mergers and rights offers, as well as enhancing our service offerings and the overall client experience. His continued success eventually led to the title of Senior Corporate Action Event Manager, and he is currently focusing on all high value/profile clients and events.
