Chris has 30+ years experience in advisory and industry roles supporting operations and technology change in financial services. He currently leads the technology transformation platform at Oliver Wyman and is the former head of global transformation at Bank of New York Mellon. He helps operations teams rethink their processes, standards and data and technology capabilities and regularly provides advisory support to the operations and technology leadership teams within global banks.
