Tasha Branford

Tasha R. Branford is a Senior Legal Counsel with Fidelity Investments. Tasha is a member of the Regulatory Affairs team in the firm’s legal department, and her work supports the Fidelity enterprise. She advises across business units, focusing on compliance and risk issues related to anti-corruption, political law, gift laws, conflicts of interest, model risk management, artificial intelligence, outside business activities, the securities laws, and the rules governing the management and retention of electronic communications. Tasha also advises on internal investigations and regulatory exams. Prior to joining Fidelity, Tasha was associated with the law firms of Skadden Arps Slate Meagher & Flom LLP, Venable LLP and Sher Tremonte LLP where she advised clients in the financial services, technology, pharmaceutical, manufacturing and real estate industries on regulatory, complex litigation and white collar criminal defense matters.

Tasha has a J.D. from Stanford Law School.
