Nicole Lynch is a seasoned financial services professional with over ten years of experience in the industry. As a Product Manager at BetaNXT, she focuses on the ACAT space, where she leads efforts to innovate and streamline account transfer processes for her clients, supporting their core operational processing capabilities to maintain an industry-leading service provider platform. Nicole is also dedicated to growing the suite of financial products to meet the changing needs of her clients and increasing demand in the industry.

Prior to her current role, Nicole was an Account Transfers Analyst at Robert W. Baird, where she led the ACATS Shortened Cycle Project, an industry-wide initiative aimed at optimizing account transfers between brokerage firms. Nicole’s career began at U.S. Bank, where she held various roles ranging from mutual fund services to securities operations.

Nicole holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater. Her strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, along with her proficiency in Microsoft Office, SQL, and automation tools, have been key to her success in leading multi-team projects and collaborating across firms in the industry.
