Amanda “Mandy” Scipione

Mandy Scipione is Head of Global Diversity & Inclusion at Fidelity Investments, a firm that helps nearly 50 million individuals feel confident in their most important financial goals, manages employee benefit programs that help more than 24,000 businesses support their employees’ total well-being, and supports more than 16,000 wealth management firms and institutions with innovative investment and technology solutions to grow their businesses. Privately held for 77 years, Fidelity employs more than 74,000 associates across the United States, Ireland, and India.

Mandy has a long career supporting our customers, joining Fidelity in 2013 where she worked in relationship management for Fidelity Institutional a division focusing on advisory customers who use the brokerage platform. She moved to the Workplace Investing division and took over the role of managing Fidelity’s SPS Central Region Relationship Management team who worked with our plan sponsor clients. Mandy assumed the position of Head of Global Diversity and Inclusion in 2024.

Prior to Fidelity, Mandy spent time at the one of the largest multi-family offices and provided management consulting support to Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts. In 2008 she cofounded a Registered Investment Advisory firm, Siharum Advisors, where she championed the power of an inclusive environment.

Mandy earned her bachelor’s degree in Finance, minor in Economics from Stonehill College and her Master of Business Administration’s degree with a concentration in Finance from Boston College. She holds her SIE, Series 7, 63 and 24 securities registrations.
