David Saul

David is a Vice President within the accounting and finance department at Citadel, specializing in U.S. Broker-Dealer accounting and regulatory reporting. David ensures that the firm’s U.S. Broker-Dealers and Swap Dealer are compliant with applicable SEC and CFTC regulations and oversees routine calculations and applicable filing requirements.

Prior to joining Citadel in 2020, David spent ten years at Goldman Sachs where he worked in various roles in the Controllers division across legal entity accounting and regulatory reporting for Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC. Prior to working at Goldman Sachs, David was a Senior auditor with Deloitte in the Banking and Securities Practice in New York and spent time in the information technology field.

David earned his MBA in Accounting from Seton Hall University and a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems from Stockton University. David holds series a 27 and series 99 license and is a certified public accountant.
