Craig Bresciani

Craig Bresciani is a Director at Barclays Bank, PLC and the Americas Head of Investigations.  In this role Mr. Bresciani oversees the end-to-end investigations process and risk and control framework, and directs the strategy of the Americas Investigations Team which includes Corporate Banking, Correspondent Banking, and Investment Banking AML investigations teams, as well as a Financial Intelligence Unit conducting complex and intelligence driven investigations.  Prior to joining Barclays in 2015, Mr. Bresciani was an Assistant District Attorney at the Kings County District Attorney’s Office where he served as lead trial counsel on felony and misdemeanor cases, and presented cases before the Grand Jury for indictment.  Mr. Bresciani received his Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School and his undergraduate degree from Loyola University in Maryland.
