Jason Prince

Jason Prince is a Partner in Crowell & Moring’s Washington, D.C. office who represents and counsels exporters and multinational companies, including financial institutions, on an array of complex economic sanctions compliance and enforcement matters. Before joining Crowell in January 2023, he served as Chief Counsel to the U.S. Department of the Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), where he oversaw the legal design of new sanctions measures and led the legal review of all major enforcement, compliance, licensing, regulatory, and litigation actions across all of OFAC’s more than 40 sanctions programs. Prior to becoming a senior U.S. government official, Jason was in private practice for roughly 14 years and served as the co-chair of the sanctions practice group at a large U.S. law firm. Jason earned an A.B. from Davidson College, an M.Phil. from the University of Cambridge, and a J.D. from the University of Notre Dame Law School.
